Tehran Steel Production Facility
Client: Mr. Elmi
The Story of the Tehran Steel Factory
The Tehran Steel Factory project was an opportunity to reimagine the administrative spaces of a major industrial complex where every room and every corner was intended to be both functional and a reflection of order and cohesion. In this project, the executive offices, conference room, and expert workspaces were meticulously designed to ensure that the daily workflow could unfold in an environment that is calm, efficient, and professional.
Under Mr. Elmi’s guidance, the project followed a clear and purposeful path, enabling the execution team to complete the design and implementation within 25 working days. Every desk, every partition, and even the ceiling chandelier cover was crafted with a focus on detail and overall spatial harmony, coming together to form a coherent and unified whole.
Although the selected image displays only the chandelier cover, behind this small detail lies an extensive effort to create a workspace that is professional, serene, and highly functional. The result is an environment that not only brings order to daily operations but also gives the factory’s administrative area a renewed and cohesive identity offering a distinctly elevated experience of working within an industrial setting.

The Hidden Beauty of Engineered Details
In the administrative project for the Tehran Steel Factory, every small decision contributed to the final quality, and we approached each detail of the space with deliberate precision.
In the managers’ offices, the placement of desks, the direction of light, circulation paths, and material selection were all arranged to create a professional, calm, and uncluttered environment.
In the conference room, the spacing of the chairs, the viewing angle of the main display, the wall acoustics, and the cable routes were designed to ensure visual order and ease of use.
Within the staff workspace, desk heights, cabinet dimensions, the color palette, and the positioning of equipment were defined to enhance productivity and reduce daily fatigue.
Materials were chosen to strike a balance between the hardness of an industrial setting and the need for visual comfort creating a space that is both durable and inviting.
Even the ceiling light cover, though a small element, was installed with exacting care so that the lighting would be evenly diffused, shadow-free, and in harmony with the surrounding elements.
